Bernie's Bar & Girll
This hilarious novel follows an oil company geologist whose attempt to do a good deed fails spectacularly. He winds up in desolate northeast New Mexico, while his nemesis reaps the rewards. Just when he starts to appreciate his new surroundings, and especially a woman he meets, he's forced to leave. He tries once again to control events, this time with a luckier, and much funnier, result. This novel manages to touch on all of the most pressing issues of our time: Big Oil, creationism, poor spelling, and finding good beer. Basically, it's a love story. There's also a courtroom scene, a car chase, a barroom brawl, and sex. Available as paper and Kindle editions.
The Man in the Box
A mystery-romance about two mis-matched twenty-somethings in New York who get swept into trying to solve an old mystery—a very cold case. There are lots of surprises both with the case and with them. Available as paper and Kindle editions.

Frank Lloyd Wright : Historic American Buildings Survey, Volume 1
Frank Lloyd Wright designs from the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS). Each HABS survey includes photographs and/or drawings and/or a report. I've included here what the Library of Congress had—sometimes all three, sometimes two of the three, and sometimes just one. There might be a single photo or drawing, or, such as in the case of Florida Southern College (in volume two), over a hundred. Click here for a list of what's in each of the three volumes and a free sample.

Advanced C Programming for Displays
The best book by far about how to program for character displays. Unfortunately, or, rather, fortunately, nobody knows what they are anymore or cares.
