Something (small) to photograph at lunchtime
Just got a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Macro today, and here’s one of my first shots. I had to hand-hold the camera (Nikon D700) and the subject was being blown about by the gentile breeze, so I used a shutter speed of 1/1000, which put the lens at f/6.3 at ISO 500. No depth of field!
More about this lens soon. So far, it seems to be terrific.
Maybe this is the solution to that problem I blogged about.
