Today’s additions:
A product preview of the Spotmatic from the 1960 Photokina show.
You can see that it was so different from the 1964 production version that
it really can’t be called a prototype of that version.
Rather, it seems to be a design that was abandoned and sent back to engineering for rethinking.

My Olympus OM-2 and INSTAMATIC 100 arrived, and have their photos posted on my Classic Cameras site.
I’ve also posted a 1968 review of the Canon Pellix, and a couple of 1940 ads for the Kodak 35, and a brochure for the Olympus OM-1, OM-2, and OM-10, and a brochure for the Medalist II.
