Purchasing and License Terms

For apps sold via Kagi or PayPal (not the App Store), download the app from the home page and install it as a free trial (if you haven't already done so). Then enter the unlock code sent to you when you buy with one of the Kagi or PayPal links below.

If you don't get an email with the unlock code within an hour or so, it may have been treated as spam. If you can't find it, contact support so another unlock code can be sent to you.

The trial and purchased downloads are the same. When you buy a license, you'll receive a Username and Registration Code that you enter to convert the trial to a purchased copy.

License purchases for ImageIngesterPro/ImageVerifier are through Kagi. Click the link at the top of this page to access the ImageIngester Store at Kagi. A single license covers ImageIngesterPro and ImageVerifier; the License Code you enter is the same for both.

License purchases for Ingestamatic, ExifChanger, and ProofSheet are through PayPal; click the appropriate button at the top of this page.

Entering the Registration Information

Choose Enter Registration Code on the ImageIngesterPro/ImageVerifier (Mac) or Help (Windows) menu. For Ingestamatic, ExifChanger, and ProofSheet choose Register. Enter the Username and Registration Code exactly as they were emailed to you. You may want to copy and paste them.

Quantity Discounts

Each ImageIngesterPro/ImageVerifier or Ingestamatic license is for a potential simultaneous user.

If you have more than one user and more than one computer, generally you need a number of licenses equal to whichever of the two (number of users or number of computers) is fewer.

For example, if you have 3 users each of whom has 2 computers, you need 3 licenses, not 6, since the number of potential simultaneous users is 3. If you know that 2 of the 3 users never work the same hours, then you need only 2 licenses.

The most important thing to keep in mind is to be fair. Please give us the benefit of the doubt when it comes to calculating the number of licenses you need.

ImageIngesterPro/ImageVerifier discounts apply only to the quantity you specify on a single Kagi order. It is not possible to combine or credit licenses from separate orders to obtain a greater discount.

To get a quantity discount, just enter the appropriate quantity in the box on the Kagi order form and the discount will be applied automatically.

No quantity discount is available products other than ImageIngester/ImageVerifier.
